Agnes Jazek, 97, formerly of Rapid City, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016 in Kingman, AZ.

She was born January 31, 1919 in Kyle, SD to Talis and Amelia (Montoya) Tapio.

Agnes is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at St Isaac Jogues Catholic Church.

Inurnment will be in the Mt Calvary Cemetery.
