SPRINGFIELD, Va. - Andrew Ozzie McDowell, 22, Springfield, beloved son of Michael and Vicki (Osheim) McDowell, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, in Virginia. Survivors include his parents, Michael and Vicki McDowell, Springfield; two brothers, Adam McDowell and his wife, Jessica, Greenville, S.C., and Christopher McDowell, Charleston, S.C.; his paternal grandparents, Joe Bob and Nancy McDowell, Waynesville, N.C.; and his maternal grandparents Ozzie and Bev Osheim, Rapid City, S.D.
