RAPID CITY- Anne M. Smuskiewicz, 58, died Friday, December 28, 2012 at home. Anne was born on July 9, 1954 in San Jose California. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing. Anne worked for many years at IBM in San Jose. She enjoyed gardening, painting, and interior decorating. She will be remembered by her infectious personality. She will be missed by all. Survivors include her daughter, Megan Smuskiewicz, Rapid City; two sisters: Marie (Larry) Romano, Rapid City; and Julie (Fred) Blakeman. She was preceded in death by her husband, John on December 8, 2012. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2nd at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with a Christian Wake Service and Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Janusz Korban presiding. Interment will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 3, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
