Tony was born August 12, 1967 to Joseph and Trudy (Stevens) Valandra in Rapid City. He was raised in Rapid City and graduated from Central High School.   After graduating from technical school in Billings, MT, Tony worked for J & J Asphalt for over 18 years, considering the Wagner's his family. He had a strong work ethic and gave his all.

He married Lori Blais in Rapid City on June 25, 1999. He lost a little of himself when Lori died on November 13, 2013, but he and their son, Caleb, helped each other through the tough times.

Tony enjoyed hanging with family and friends and living life to the fullest.

He "Rode Hard" throughout his life by his passion for motorcycles.

Tony is survived by his son, Caleb, father, Joseph Valandra, Rapid City, his sister Tammy Mayer, Rapid City, his mother in law, Marion Blais, Rapid City, several aunts and uncles and the Wagner's.

He was preceded in death by his mother and his wife, Lori.

A Celebration of his life will be held at 10:00am, on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
