RAPID CITY- Beverly Ann Buckingham, 82, died Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Clarkson Health Care.

She was born on December 27, 1940 in Pueblo, Colorado. She was the only child of Parker and Geneva (Wilden) Boggs.

Beverly married Bruce F. Buckingham on September 12, 1959 in Colorado Springs. To this union, James, Debbie, Gary and Terri were born. She loved playing mahjong and bridge.

She will be remembered for being a loving mother, grandma, and friend.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Bruce in 2006.

She is survived by her children: Debbie (Dwight) Keller, Rapid City; Terri (Kenny) Turnage, Newport News, VA; Gary (Angela) Buckingham, Rapid City; James (Connie) Buckingham; ten grandchildren: Michelle Wickster, Clearfield, UT; Nathan Woods, Rawlins, WY; Parker Timm, Winnetka, CA; Denetta Horan, Rapid City; Cody Buckingham, Rapid City; Nick Buckingham, Rapid City; Miranda Buckingham, Rapid City, Garrett Buckingham, Rapid City; Adrian McNeil, Newport News, VA; Jodey McNeil, Newport News, VA; 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. She will also be missed by her close friends, Sue Gill,Rapid City; Barb Larusso, Newark, NJ; cousin, Judy Buckingham, Rapid City and her cat, Jessica.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at Faith Lutheran Church at 10:00 am.

Memorials in Beverly's name may be made to St. Joseph Indian School, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Meals on Wheels, and Love INC.
