RAPID CITY--Beverly G. Conrad, 78, passed away at a local nursing home on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Survivors include her husband, Albert L. Conrad, Rapid City; a daughter, Sheri L. (John) Chaffin, Madisonville, KY; three sons, Michael A Conrad, Rapid City, Douglas L. Conrad, Vancouver, WA and Paul S. Conrad, Rapid City; a brother, Craig McNab, Kenosha, WI; 2 granddaughters and 1 great-granddaughter. Services will be held at Black Hills National Cemetery, near Sturgis, at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, with with military honors provided by Rushmore VFW Post 1273. A procession will leave Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home at 12:15 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Humane Society of the Black Hills.
