Beverly M. Hamm Rapid City - Beverly M. Hamm, 71, peacefully passed away at her home, June 23, 2009. She was born March 12, 1938 in Rapid City to Oliver and Alice Bradford. Bev graduated from Rapid City High School. On may 11, 1957 she married Carol Hamm of Rapid City. She worked at Black Hills Gold Jewelry until the birth of her first child. In 1962 Bev and Carol built their house near Johnson Siding where Bev made a home for her husband and their three children. She worked at the Fireside Inn and the Canyon Lake Club as a waitress. Bev and her husband belonged to the Black Hills Snowmobile Club and Rushmore VFW post 1273 where they loved to dance and socialize with friends and family. Bev was also the timekeeper for Black Hills Speedway for many years. She loved her time with friends and family. Bev was preceded in death by her husband, Carol and parents, Oliver and Alice Bradford. She is survived by two sons; Todd Hamm, Spokane, WA., and Scot Hamm, Rapid City, a daughter, Dawn Paver, Custer, two grandsons; Travis Dystra and Dalton Paver, both of Newcastle and a brother, Paul Bradford, Tucson, AZ.
