Beverly Faith Trull, 89, died Monday, February 23 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She was born January 23, 1926 in Rosebud, South Dakota to Charles and Virginia (Murray) Miller. Beverly attended the Red Brick Elementary School in Rapid City, then Rapid City High School. She graduated from All Saints Episcopal Girls School in Sioux Falls in 1942. Beverly graduated from Pennsylvania Hospital Nursing School with a B.A. in nursing. She began her nursing career at Rapid City General Hospital then on to Bennett Clarkson Hospital and finally retiring from Rapid City Regional Hospital after 39 years of nursing. She loved being a nurse and was always encouraging to young people entering the field of nursing. She married Harold Trull in 1960 in Rapid City. She was a member of the Rapid City Extension Club for 45 plus years and who's members, no longer a club but lifelong friends, still meet once a month. Beverly was baptized, confirmed and married at Emmanuel Episcopal Church. She was a member of the Episcopal Church Women in which she was voted the 2014 South Dakota ECW Woman of the Year. She was also a long time member of the Emmanuel Alter Guild lovingly caring for her church from behind the scene. She loved her 18 year old cat dearly and told everyone about her Tommy Boy. He will join her in her journey as was her wish. Beverly is survived by her son, Christopher Trull, Rapid City, her daughter, Elizabeth Halvorson and her husband, Wayne, Summerset, her brother and his wife, Donald "Fritz" and Diane Miller of Mesa, AZ and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold in 1996 and two brothers Sonny and Ron Miller. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00- pm, Friday, February 27, 2015 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 28 at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Rapid City with Fr Chris Roussell presiding. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery.
