Bonnie R. Stormo, 81 of Rapid City, died Saturday, July 25, 2026 in Rapid City..

There will be a private gathering with family at Black Hills National Cemetery at a later date.

She was born October 17, 1944 in Sheridan, Wyoming.

She grew up on a ranch in the Colony, Wyoming area and after her marriage, she had the opportunity to experience living and traveling around the world with her husband who was in the Air Force. She graduated from Belle Fourche High School, University of Maryland and earned her Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development from South Dakota State University.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Stormo of Rapid City, one daughter, Kisten Stormo of Minneapolis, Minnesota, two sons Spar Stormo of Rapid City, Leif Stormo (John Kosir) of Huntersville, North Caroline.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rawl 0. Robinson and Hilda (Wagner) Robinson, and her brother Rawl A. Robinson.
