Bradley "Brad" Jo Griffith, 52, of Rapid City, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.  Brad had been admitted to the hospital to address some acute illnesses and was about to be dismissed when he suffered a heart attack.

Brad was born March 3, 1966, in Ventura, California to Allen and Mina (Papple) Griffith.  Brad was raised by his mom with his 6 brother's in Kimball, Nebraska and in Michigan.  Brad adored his mom and was greatly saddened when she passed away when she was 65.  Brad's brothers include Wade, of Gering Nebraska, Ricky and Randy of Michigan, Scott of Nebraska, Keith and Greg who have passed away.

Brad graduated from Kimball High School in 1984.  Brad pursued a nursing degree and received his LPN from WNCC in Scottsbluff Nebraska.  Brad was a caring and compassionate nurse for 30 years to thousands of patients over the years and a fun, witty, outgoing and loving co-worker to everyone he worked with.

Brad's greatest love was his husband, Craig Popp.  Brad would say he was happiest when he was making Craig happy.  Brad and Craig have loved each other for 32 years, and were married September 10th, 2016.

Brad's other great love was his children and grandchildren.

Brad's oldest son, Timothy (Tim) Griffith is 32 and resides in Billings, Montana with his wife Nicole (Nikki).  Tim's children include Jazzmine(10), Mina (10), Mary(10), and Trace(8).

Brad's oldest daughter is Candace Smith, who is 31 and she resides in Lincoln, NE.  Candace has 2 children, Christopher(9),  and Addison(5).

Rebecca (Becky) is 28 and resides in Denver with her significant other Nick Terry.  Becky has 2 children Tate(5) and Lelu (1).

Zach is the youngest and he resides in Dickinson, ND with his wife, Sara and their three children, Bradley (4), Cody (2) and Mason (1).

Brad also helped raise Craig's daughter, Kira Tunin (28) who is married to Jared Tunin and they reside in Gering, NE with their two daughters,  Joclyn (3) and Khloee (1).

Also loved by Craig and Brad, Craig's step-daughter, April Manka(34), who resides in Minatare, Nebraska with her husband Dan, and their three children, Haily(17), Noah(10) and Lukas(7)."
