Obituary

Brehanna Lynn Anderson, 24

A beloved child of God was taken home to her heavenly Father on June 26, 2025. Brehanna Lynn Anderson was born on May 23, 2001 in Rapid City, SD to her parents, Tony and Lori Anderson. Her older brothers, Jacob and Samuel Anderson, were so excited to have a little sister. Our family was now complete. We all had a love for nature which included camping, boating, and hiking. Bre had beauty like no other. She always had an eye for fashion and developed a great talent for writing and painting.

She attended Black Hawk Elementary, West Middle School, and graduated from Stevens High School in 2019. She gained many beautiful friendships that she still held dear to her, especially her "soul sister" Skye Thomas. After high school, Bre lived in Colorado and Georgia. She returned home to the Black Hills in 2023. Following her return, Bre was blessed to take a pilgrimage to Italy with her mother where her faith in Christ was greatly deepened.

Brehanna had the kindest soul and biggest heart; she loved her friends and family dearly. We will cherish all the special moments we were blessed to have with her forever and ever.

Eternal rest grant unto Brehanna, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
