Carol E. Carter, 72, passed away at Rapid City Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 8, 2015. Survivors include 6 daughters, Donna Harrison, Rapid City, Leslie Robinson, Rapid City, Leora Williams, Cassandra Yaeger and Ruth Carter, all of Texas and Edith Benton. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lloyd John Carter in 2001 and a son, Chip Carter. The funeral service will be held at 11 am on Monday, Jan. 12, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Schultz officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will be at 12:30 pm at Black Hills National Cemetery.
