Carole Jane Smith, 89, of Rapid City, died on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Fountain Springs Health Care.

She was born on December, 23, 1932, in Howard, South Dakota, the daughter of Claire Edwin and Selma Marie (Jukam) Glawe.

Survivors include a daughter, Roxan Smith and 2 sons, Thomas and Bradley Smith.

At her request private family services will be held later
