RAPID CITY--Cecil N. Provencial, 78, died at a Lake Andes nursing home on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Cecil served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include a daughter, Berlinda Davis, Rapid City and a son, Norman Provencial, Sioux Falls; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly in 1997. Visitation will be from 9 until 10 a.m. on Friday, at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Services, with military honors, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, at Black Hills National Cemetery with Chaplain Bill Zandri officiating. A procession will leave the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. on Friday.
