Christina Louise Treadwell, 49, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada.

Christina was born on April 28, 1977, in Rapid City, to Jessica Connolly and Dale Reutter. She graduated from Rapid City Christian High School and then attended Western Dakota Technical College where she earned her degree as a phlebotomist. She was licensed as a real estate agent in Colorado and most recently worked in Nevada, where she was associated with marquee names such as Coldwell Banker.

Christina was a loving mother to Makayla and Dawson. She married David Treadwell on February 20, 2013, in Denver, Colorado. Together they were members of Central Church.

Christina was adventurous, faithful, and beautifully true to herself. She found joy in the outdoors with her husband and family, in the colors of her paintings, in the rhythm of music, and in the companionship of the animals she adored.

Her courage, warmth, and authenticity made her life a vibrant and loving gift to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessica Connolly and her grandmother, Bernice Connolly.

Christina is survived by her husband, David Treadwell; daughter, Makayla Burgess; son, Dawson Fischer; granddaughter, Maev Blair; and grandson, Atlas Burgess.

A Celebration of Christina’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
