On November 11, 2021 Danilo 'Danny' Poblete Alfonso Jr., 47, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with Covid-19. He was surrounded by his beloved wife & daughter & his two sisters. He was a loving husband, a dutiful & funny father, a caring brother, an avid gamer, a beginner fisherman, an expert paintball and airsoft player, and a loyal friend to many. Danny was born in the Phillipines but spent his formative years in the Bay Area.

His career started in the U.S. Air Force and spanned 21 years until his retirement in 2013. He was stationed around the world, and it was on his station at Royal Air Force Lakenheath AFB in England, UK where he met his loving wife, Allison. They were together for 17 years until his passing. They have a beautiful daughter, Sapphire. Danny's family is a member of the Black Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu of Rapid City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Danilo Alfonso and Fely Poblete, and his brother, Robert Muñoz.

He is survived by his wife, Allison; his daughter, Sapphire; his sisters: Vangie Davis (Rob) and Joy Suppes (Sean), his nieces: Jazmin Muñoz, Sarah Muñoz, Allison Richardson (James), Andrea Hart, Jane Suppes, & Madelyn Suppes; his nephew, Robert Muñoz Jr.; and numerous cousins. He is also a Great Uncle to Jax, Lincoln, Kallie, Atlas, Cyprus.

A private final viewing was held at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Please share condolences on Danny's guestbook.
