David Clair Laughlin, 57, Rapid City passed away on June 5, 2021.

He was born on July 25, 1963, to Roger and Dorothy (Fjellestad) Laughlin in Madison, SD.  He grew up in Rapid City where he graduated and then moved to Oregon.  There he worked 3 years on a fishing boat.  He recently had moved back to Rapid City.  David will be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing.  As his mom Dorothy said, "he was born to raise cain and enjoyed life to the fullest." He loved to joke around and gave everyone a bad time.

David is survived by his mother, Dorothy and a sister, Debra of Portland, OR.

David is preceded in death by his father, Roger Laughlin.
