RAPID CITY--Deborah L. Wessler, 62, died at her home on Saturday, May 22, 2010. She was born on October 6, 1947, in St. Louis, MO, to Quentin and Dorothy (Otterson) Wessler. She grew up in St. Louis and was employed with the St. Louis Election Board and with A & P and National Grocery Chains. She moved to Rapid City in 2000 and was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and sang in the choir there. Deborah also sang with the Dakota Choral Union, enjoyed reading and watching her great nices and nephews in their sporting events. Survivors include her sister, Pam Veazey, a niece, Heather (David) Jenner and a nephew, Chris (Tracie)Veazey, all of Rapid City. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, James Veazey in Jan., 2010. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 27, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with Rev. Kathy Monson-Lutes presiding. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, at Mt. Hope Cemetery in LeMay, Missouri. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
