In Loving Memory of Denise Ruth Style

September 19, 1960 – January 25, 2025

Denise Style, passed away peacefully in her sleep after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be remembered for her kind spirit, sense of humor and devotion to her family.

After having her son, Zachery, Denise moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she began her career as a court reporter. Her precision and professionalism were deeply valued and she thrived in her work.  Later Denise chose to return to her beloved hometown of Rapid City to be closer to her family.

Back in Rapid City, Denise continued her career as a court reporter, serving her community with the same skill and dedication that marked her entire professional life.

Her legacy of love and commitment will continue to inspire those who knew her.

Denise is survived by her most beloved son, Zachery Style; parents, Annette and Roger Pryor; siblings: Deb (Vern) Green, Deanna (Greg) Graves, Roger (Dianna) Pryor and Darin Pryor; nieces and nephews: Macalle (Joel) Finkle, Tiffany (Brian) Evans, Dustin Moffenbier, Jessica (Jason) Chanos, Kristin (Ford) Galvin, Gregory (Alyssa) Graves, Nicole Pryor, Colton (Bailey) Pryor and Madison Pryor; great nieces and nephews - Ayden, Caynen, Brian, Carsyn, Jack, Deuce, Cooper, Max, Gabe, Ellie, Ford Jr, Abby, Monroe & Leon; and her Aunt Carleen.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Whitney Style; great nephews, Gregory Graves III and Rory; grandparents, Ruth & Carl Kittleman and Wila & Cecil Brink; and her beloved uncle Ralph Greslin.

In accordance with her wishes, Denise will be cremated, and no service will be held.  The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donation be made in her memory to Monument Health, Home & Hospice Care 224 Elk Street, Rapid City, SD 57701.
