The family moved to Sundance, WY, in 1975. She worked in a shop for many years then decided to open her own beauty shop. She then later closed her businesses and traveled and worked at the Castlewood Salon in spearfish for many years. She was asked if she would like to go to one of the nursing homes in Spearfish to do hair, she also did that for a few years where she worked with some great people. She worked as a beautician for 38 years until her husband, Patrick T. Clark got sick, and she took care of him that's when she decided to retire and take care of him. After Patrick Passed Away in 2013, Dee stayed at the ranch for a while and then decided to sell the Aladdin property. She moved to Summerset, SD in 2012 to 2025. She decided to sell the house and move into Peaceful Pines Independent living to be closer to people. She truly had a passion for wildlife and she loved nature. She worked at the Canyon Lake Senior Center for a few years as a cook. She loved that job more than anything, she would bring homemade soups in and bring home nothing they loved her cooking skills.
