RAPID CITY- Dorothy Weis Roskos, age 94, died at Westhills Village Health Care on Sunday, September 23, 2012. She is survived by her son, John Roskos, Rapid City; and his two children: Lindsey (fiancé Billy Clucas), Rapid City; Amee, Ft. Collins, CO; her daughter, Mary Jane Giacometto and her husband, Robert of Rapid City; and their two children: James, Rapid City; and Jennifer (Randall), San Antonio, TX; and one great grandson, Rosko; and one step great granddaughter, Tiffany. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bernard "Bun" Roskos in 1987 and daughter in law, Nan Roskos in 2011. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home in Rapid City. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 27, at the Immaculate Conception Church at 922 5th Street with Rev. Bill Zandri and Rev. Christopher Hathaway as celebrants. Dorothy and her husband Bun were married in this church in 1941. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Rapid City.
