Rapid City – Douglas "Doug" Ulrickson, 63, died Monday, July 6, 2020 at the Avantara Arrowhead.

Doug was born September 17, 1956 in Canton, SD to Romain and Delores Ulrickson.

He graduated from high school and he owned and operated his own trucking company.

Doug is survived by his wife Patty of Rapid City; son Tyler Ulrickson of Rapid City; daughter Danielle Ulrickson of Rapid City; stepson Bud Hotchkiss of Rapid City; two stepdaughters: Jenny Hotchkiss of Rapid City and Tiffany Anderson of Lakewood, WA; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and four sisters: Patricia Handel of Rapid City, Barbara Taylor of Colorado, Pona Brewer of Rapid City, and Mary Millage of Mitchell, SD.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents and niece Tasha Taylor.

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
