Elaine M. Evans RAPID CITY - Elaine M. Evans, 74, Rapid City, died Saturday, March 15, 2008, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Survivors include two sons, John Evans, Rapid City, and Robert Evans, Bremerton, Wash.; two daughters, Nancy Hurtig, Rapid City, and Diane Luft, Sterling, Colo.; three brothers, Ray Doerr, Pierre, and Charles and John Doerr, both of California; three sisters, Gertrude Lanham, St. Louis, Louise Frost, Watertown, and Frances Johnson, Denver; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 19, at St. Therese Church with the Rev. Bill Zandri officiating. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
