Elaine Dian Fisher, 51, Rapid City, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011, at Rapid City Regional Hospital Hospice House. Survivors include her husband, Steven Fisher, Rapid City; two sons, Kyle Fisher and Max Fisher, Rapid City; her mother, Louise Frohman, Hay Springs, Neb.; a brother, Dan Schlichenmayer, Hay Springs; and a sister, Nancy Finley, Harvard, Neb. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Canyon Lake United Methodist Church with the Rev. Eric Grinager and the Rev. Kim Bachman officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery. Memorials have been established for the local Boy Scouts of America and the Rapid City Regional Hospital Hospice House.
