Survivors include her son, Brian (Lisha) Hayen, Rapid City, her daughter in law, Serena Hayen, Colorado, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three brothers; Harlan Hofkamp and Chuck Hofkamp, Texas and Edward Hofkamp, Rapid City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis, her son, Michael, two sisters; Pat and Sharon and her parents.
