RAPID CITY- Frank Houser, 59, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015. He was born January 10, 1956 in El Paso, TX, attended grade school in Japan and grew up in Rapid City, SD graduating from Douglas High School. He lived in many places because of his father's military service in the United States Air Force. Frank is survived by his mother Maria D. Houser, three siblings: Joseph L. (Bonnie)Houser; Robert L. (Darla) Houser, Jr.; Anna M. (Ryan) Higgason; his only daughter Jennifer N. (Mario) Colangelo; two grandsons Reid and Nicholas; fourteen nieces and nephews - Joseph Jr., Adam, Jessica, Erica, Trace, Mia, Nathan, Mary Jane, Simon, Ricky, Robby, Reed, Randy and Rachel. He was preceded in death by father Robert L. Houser, Sr., sister, Mary Jane Huling and niece, Kaya Huling. Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Christian Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Rose of Lima church at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, with Rev. Janusz Korban presiding. Inurnment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City.
