Keystone – Franklin David Zwetzig, Sr. 80, of Keystone, died Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Advanced Care Hospital of Montana in Billings, Montana.
Frank was born in Keystone, SD on April 15, 1936 to Alex and Ellen [Ebel] Zwetzig. He graduated from Hill City High School in 1954. He served 2 years in the US Army 24th Engineers Battalion and was discharged November 18, 1960.
Frank is survived by his wife: Rose (Dugie) Zwetzig of 53 years; their children: Veronica "Vonnie" Ellen [Dennis] Cox of Challis, ID, Franklin "Frank" David [Tammy] Zwetzig, Jr. of Columbus, MT, Candace Rose [Aaron] Lorimor of Keystone, SD, Bartholomew "Bart" Gregory [Jean Ann] Zwetzig of Challis, ID; eleven grandchildren: Travis [Amanda], Devin, Letha, and Davis Lorimore; Amber [Matt] Hall, Kyle and Ashton Zwetzig; Heather Cox [Eric]Steiner, Charles [Cindy] Cox, Joseph Cox, and Amelia Zwetzig; and seven great-grandchildren: Andrea, Coda, Raiden, Daniel, Anika, Calin, and Crissa; and five brothers: William "Bill" of Keystone, John of Keystone, Fred [Linda] of Rapid City, Leo of Hot Springs and James "Jim" [Anne] of Hot Springs.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Tuesday, May 31 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Keystone.
Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at the church.
Burial will be at Mt. View Cemetery at Keystone.
