RAPID CITY- Gerald M. Allen, 88, Rapid City, passed away July 11, 2011 in Rapid City, SD. Survivors include his wife, Erma, Rapid City; one daughter, Judy (Todd) Tobin; Silver City, SD; grandson, Terry Thoene, Discovery Bay, CA; granddaughter, Tanya Thoene, Roseville, CA and three great-grandchildren, Tim, Ashley and Tyler. Family services will be held at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
