Rapid City Harold Skip H. Peters, 72, died Monday, April 12, 2010 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital. Harold served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife: Sandy L. Peters of Rapid City; four daughters: JoAnn Vladimiroff of Cartersville, GA, Amy Peters of Miami, FL, Peggy Boggess of Columbia, South Carolina and Pam O'Rourke, Palm Beach Gardens,Fl; one step-daughter: Maureen Burns of Aptos, CA; three step-sons: Bob Burns of San Jose, CA, Tagg A. Oleson of Wichita, KS, and Matt T. Oleson of Las Vegas, NV; and fifteen grandchildren and numerous cousins. Funeral services will be Friday, April 16 at 11:00 am at the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 1012 Soo San Drive with Rev. Bob Jacobs officiating. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
