RAPID CITYHazel Marie Martens, 85, of Rapid City, died at Rapid City Regional Hospital on August 19, 2009. Survivors include a son, Rick Martens, San Diego and 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Levi Martens in 2001. Visitation will from Noon until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24, at the funeral home with Rev. Herb Cleveland officiating. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery.
