Rapid City - Helen May Shaefer, 89, Rapid City, died Sunday, November 04, 2012 at Fountain Springs Health Care . Survivors include one son: Craig Shaefer of Rapid City; and three grandchildren. Arrangements are pending with Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home of Rapid City and Garnard Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
