Rapid City - Herbert C. Jones, 82, Rapid City, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital. He is survived by five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three sisters: Lena Kaiser of Pierre, SD, Bernice Stockstad of Rapid City, and Virginia Cope of Bizbee, AZ; and one step daughter.
