RAPID CITY | Hilary A. DeLaO, 59, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, at her home. Hilary was born on July 9, 1955, in Forsyth, MT, to Joseph J. and Phyllis (Ryan) Cadlo. She attended all 12 years at and graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic School. During her school years, Hilary was active in band where she was the first chair flute. She also participated in chorus and school plays. Hilary was also a member of the National Honor Society. She married Reymundo DeLaO on Dec. 4, 1976, and to this union four children were born, Marco, Sara, Elisha, and Mallory. In 1994, Hilary met Denny Tebeau in Key Hole, WY, and they were together for over 17 years. Denny and Hilary ran the Key Hole Marina for 15 years than moved to Rapid City where Hilary worked as a cosmetic consultant. Hilary enjoyed shopping, snowmobiling, motorcycling and music. She and Denny loved to travel together to visit family and also for leisure. Hilary loved the holidays, decorating her house for every occasion. Most of all, Hilary loved her family. She loved being a grandma to her three granddaughters, Kiaya, Bella Rosa, and Lainey. Hilary's best attribute was her vibrant and cheerful personality. She was never without a smile. She will be remembered for being a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Anthony Cadlo. Hilary is survived by her husband from the heart, Denny Tebeau, Rapid City; son, Marco R. (Esther) DeLaO, Portland, OR; three daughters: Sara DeLaO, Las Vegas, NV; Elisha (Dan) Caywood, Tucson, AZ; Mallory (Cory) Yeargan, Las Vegas, NV; two brothers: Mitch (Laurie) Cadlo, Omaha, NE; Kurt (Sondi) Cadlo, Billings, MT; sister in law, Mackie Cadlow; three granddaughters: Kiaya, Bella Rosa, and Lainey; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Suki Brinkman. A Celebration of Life service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home in Rapid City with Rev. Grant Gerlach officiating.
