RAPID CITY - James R. Bailey, 83, died Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Monument Health.
He was born October 21, 1941 in Ontario, Canada to James and Annette Bailey.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Bailey, Rapid City; David Bailey, Boise, ID; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
No services are planned. James will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery.
