RAPID CITY - James Paul Thelen, 74, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Diane Thelen, Rapid City. Private family graveside services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City.
