Rapid City – Janet Dennis, 59, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Rapid City Regional Hospice Auxiliary House.

She was born November 9, 1956 at Detroit, Michigan to Frank and Nina [Semenuk] Bohacek. This is the area she attended school and graduated from Kimbell High School at Royal Oak, Michigan in 1974. She married Donald Ray Dennis, Jr. on July 1, 1976 at Royal Oak, Michigan. They moved to Florida for a short time and then back to Michigan. In 1994 they moved to Black Hawk where they continued to live. Over the years Janet was employed at Pac Rat, McDonalds, KFC, and recently at Taco Bell.

She collected all sorts of angels and troll dolls.

She is survived by her husband Donald Dennis of Black Hawk; one son: Andrew Dennis of Rapid City; one daughter: Dawn [John] Heuerman of Rapid City; three brothers: Frank Bohacek of Rapid City, twins Robert Bohacek of Warren, MI and John [Leis] Bohacek of Knoxville, TN; one sister: Gail Bohacek of  Alachva, FL; five grandchildren: Lili, Madelynn, Alexia, Charlotte, and Veronica; one niece: Sage; one nephew: Nicholas; and one very special childhood friend: Kathy Witmer of Millersburg, PA.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents.

At the request of Janet there will be no services at the current time.
