RAPID CITY- Jannine L. Taylor, 22, passed away September 19, 2018 in Billings, Montana.

She was born September 14, 1996 in Rapid City. Growing up, she was fun, loving and happy. Jannine was a joy to her family. She graduated from Central High School in 2015.

Jannine loved the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Anyone who met Jannine (Jan9, Nini, Beans) would remember her for her sparkly personality, sweet demeanor, beautiful smile, and infectious giggle.

We will forever miss our Jannine and will keep her bright light in our hearts and prayers.

She is survived by her parents: John & Carol Osburn; brothers: Shannon Taylor and Eddie Woods; and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins in the USA and the Philippines.

Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with Pastor Gregg Hemmen officiating.

A memorial has been established to the American Red Cross.
