Jason Boustead, age 50, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota, just two days before his birthday. He was born on January 20, 1975, in Superior, Wisconsin.

He loved his kids, Katie and Logan Allgood.

Jason is survived by his father, Scott Boustead; his stepfather, Dennis Martin; his brother, Zachary Billmeyer; and his sisters, Leslie Rowe and Amber Schweigert. He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Martin; his brother, Elijah Matthis; and his nephew, Kai Billmeyer. He was a beloved uncle to Jacob Nunez, Aaron Nunez, and Anthony Schweigert.

Jason had a deep love for animals and a soft spot for every creature he met. He was a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan through and through — cheering loudly, win or lose. He was a fierce protector of those he loved, with the kindest eyes, the best laugh, and one of the most generous hearts you could ever know. If you were lucky enough to know him, you felt cared for and safe in his presence.

He will be remembered for his strength, his humor, his loyalty, and the quiet, everyday ways he showed up for the people he cared about. His presence was steady and comforting, and his absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully express.

Jason's memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love shared by all who knew him.
