RAPID CITY - Jeffrey James Noonan, 51, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Monument Health - Rapid City Hospital.  Jeff was born February 13, 1972 in Denver, Colorado to James and Donna (Frisch) Noonan.  Later the family lived in Rapid City where he graduated from Stevens High School and later attended South Dakota School of Mines and Western Dakota Tech.  Jeff had a variety of career paths working at RAPID CITY - Jeffrey James Noonan, 51, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Monument Health - Rapid City Hospital.  Jeff was born February 13, 1972 in Denver, Colorado to James and Donna (Frisch) Noonan.  Later the family lived in Rapid City where he graduated from Stevens High School and later attended South Dakota School of Mines and Western Dakota Tech.  Jeff had a variety of career paths working at EAFB Credit Union, Open Bible Church, Assurant and ASI.

He loved time spent with his children, the outdoors while camping and fishing, motorcycles and played pool and darts in leagues over the years. He was a dedicated and loving father.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Donna Hurley of Rapid City, children; Kyle Noonan of Minneapolis, MN, Calyssa Noonan of Rapid City, Aby Noonan of Sioux Falls, Eli Noonan of Sioux Falls, Triston Noonan of Rapid City, nephews; Tony Young, Tanner (Jessica) Young, great nephew, Owen Young, step sisters; Tina Noonan-Wilson, Venissa Paw, Krystal Noonan and special cousins; Chris Noonan and Missy French.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Hali Noonan, his father, James Noonan, step father, Ken Hurley and sister, Stacia Noonan.

Jeff was dearly loved and will always be remembered.

Friends and family are invited to a funeral service to honor Jeff's life on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10:00 to be held at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m.
