RAPID CITY- Joann L. Casale, 82, Rapid City, died Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Rapid City Regional Hospital Hospice House surrounded by her family. The family of Joann would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone at the Hospice House. A Christian Wake Service with a rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 9, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with Rev. Janusz Korban presiding. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, September 13, at St.s Anthony and Joseph Catholic Church in Herkimer, NY. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Herkimer. She is survived by two sons: Jeff (Cindy) Casale, Payson, AZ; John (Therese) Casale, Sedalia, CO; two brothers; Richard (Jackie) Lindenmeyer, Rapid City; Robert (Emogene) Lindenmeyer, Ranier, OR; one sister, Carol McCoy, Rapid City; 4 grandchildren; 1 step-grandchild; 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; parents; two sons, baby Jonathan, Joseph; and one grandson, Christian.
