Milbank – Jocelyn Jill Durkee, 58, and formerly of Rapid City, died Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Milbank Area Avera Health Hospital.

Jocelyn was born January 11, 1967 in Olonapo, Manila, Philippines to Osborn and Doris (Saller) Durkee, Jr..

She married Kelly Wade Standing Elk on April 12, 1998.

She lived in several areas including Rapid City, and for the past couple months in Milbank, SD due to health issues.

She is survived by two daughters: Jennifer Standing Elk and Kellie Standing Elk, both of Rapid City; and five grandchildren: Virgil Bernal, Wanda Standing Elk, Nilana Policriti, Clara True Blood and Eleanor True Blood.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kelly Standing Elk on October 3, 2024.
