Obituary
RAPID CITY- John Alfsen, 82, died Friday, August 25, 2017 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene Glenn, Rapid City; two daughters, Karla Gilley, Anchorage, Alaksa; and Laurie Alfsen, Palmer, Alaska; and one granddaughter.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Blessed Sacrament Church with Rev. Brian Lane presiding.
Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with military honors by the Ellsworth Air Force Base Honor Guard and the VFW Post 1273.
