RAPID CITY- Joyce Ruth Hall, 84, died Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Fountain Springs Healthcare in Rapid City, just one day short of her 64th wedding anniversary. Survivors include her husband, Wesley Hall, Rapid City; twin daughters: Donna Newton, Rapid City; Denise (Rodger) Schantz, Edmond, OK; brother, James Young, Coco, FL; sister, Adeline Perrin, Delta, CO; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with Rev. Herb B. Cleveland officiating.
