Obituary
RAPID CITYJudy Prebeck, 82, died on Monday, Feb. 7. 2011 at her home. Survivors include a sister, Itsuko Selecman, La Cygne, KS and several nieces and newphews. She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Prebeck in 2009. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
