Kathleen Ann (McGuigan) Boyer, 83, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

Kathleen was born in Deadwood, SD on Sunday, June 7, 1942 to Charles and Sadie (Gage) McGuigan.

She graduated from Lead High School in 1960.  She was a member of the Catholic Church her whole life. During her career, she was a beautician, hoist operator for the Homestake Mining Company and a home maker.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Sadie, sisters, Alice Marie Mcguigan and Charlotte McGuigan Dutton and two children; Ann Marie Wilson and Laurie Wilson Fuller.

Her survivors are Husband, Skeeter Boyer of Rapid City, Daughters; Lisa Wilson of Sturgis, Lanell McDonald of Rapid City and Sally Lewis of Moorcroft, WY.   She also leaves behind her Sister, Sally McGuigan Bertalot her brother, David McGuigan both of Rapid City as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren who loved her dearly.

Kathleen was caring toward others, had a loving heart for animals (particularly of birds) and will especially be remembered for how much she loved her family.

A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026, at St. Therese the Little Flower Catholic Church in Rapid City.  Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Boyd Cemetery in Four Corners, Wyoming.
