Kathleen Marie Rineard-Ertel born December 7 1953, went to be with our Lord on Friday, January 29, 2016. She will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her Father Robert Rineard and her nephew Christian James Rineard. She is survived by her daughter Nicole Ertel(Blake) of California, her mother Anna Ruth Rineard, and Brothers Eric and Earl Rineard of Rapid City.

She was a Stephens minister and a volunteer for church response from 1988-98. Kathy was a role model for all of us after suffering from a stroke at age 20 and being paralyzed on her right side. She always kept a good attitude and tried to help herself remain independent. She was the best mom, sister, daughter and grandma ever! We as a family thank all of the nurses, doctors, and therapists that cared for her over the last 35 years.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday, February 5, 2016 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, 2700 Jackson Boulevard.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 am Saturday, February 6, 2016 at South Canyon Lutheran Church, 700 44th Street with Rev. Bruce Thalacker officiating.
