Box Elder – Keith Angelo Motley loving husband to Danelle and devoted father to Mailk and Keyon passed away unexpectedly at home on January 30th, 2025.

Keith was born to Suzanne Knowles in Piza, Italy on October 8th, 1980.

Being a military child, Keith got to experience many different places, from Turkey to Alaska.

With the passing of his mom in 1993, Keith and his brother went to live with family in Alabama and then came to Spearfish SD. In Spearfish he attended Spearfish High School, met lifelong friends and received the love and support of many Moms and Dads.

Keith met Danelle, the love of his life in high school.  They spent 28 years growing, learning, loving and raising 2 amazing young men, and many four-legged friends.

Keith was hardworking a great cook and had a larger-than-life personality. Keith enjoyed being on the lake fishing, up on the hill snowboarding but especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include, wife Danelle, sons Malik and Keyon, brother David Knowles and many caring friends and family.

Preceded in death by mom Suzanne Knowles, Lucky and best friend Oskee.

Celebration of Life Services will be announced at a future date.
