RAPID CITY - Kenneth LeRoy Smith, 79, a U.S. Army and Vietnam Veteran, passed away at his home in Rapid City on Saturday, October 14, 2023.  Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.  A procession will follow the visitation to a graveside service at Black Hills National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
