FARGO- LaVerne M. Mahoney, 88, died Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Fargo, North Dakota She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph in 1979. Survivors include son, Robert Mahoney, Bowman, ND; daughter, Barbara Mills, Fargo, ND; brother, Allen Moe, Rochester, MN; sister in law, Elda Mahoney, Rapid City; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with a Christian Wake Service and Rosary following at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Blessed Sacrament Church with Rev. Timothy Castor presiding. Interment will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
