RAPID CITY -Lawrence V. Brand, 90, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at Avera Rosebud Country Care Center in Gregory. Survivors include his sons, Verdell Brand, Robert Brand and Harlan Brand, all of Rapid City, and Victor Brand, Denver; and daughter, Shirley Lewis, Rapid City. Arrangements are pending
